Refund & Return Policy

At Triyaa, we take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition.

Since our products are made and dispatched with careful quality checks, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Returns & Replacements

A return or replacement request will be accepted only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product

• You receive an incorrect product

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Important Notes

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences are not considered defects

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless damaged

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged or a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
